I stayed at this hotel and I was impressed by its location in the center with a beautiful view of the lake in front. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities like air conditioning, mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The staff were friendly and attentive, and they seemed to be aware of my reservation even though I mentioned it several times. The hotel also had a swimming pool and a fitness center, which added to the overall convenience and comfort of my stay.

During my recent stay, I was impressed by the hotel's convenient location in the heart of the city, just across from a picturesque lake. the room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. the breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a wide variety of tasty dishes and fresh produce. I also enjoyed the outdoor seating area overlooking the beautiful lake, which was a perfect spot to relax after a long day.

I did find that the gym facilities were quite small and not very well-maintained. Despite this minor issue, I would still highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in this charming city.

The service was lacking throughout our New Year's stay. the staff was not attentive or welcoming, making us feel ignored and unwelcome.

During my Xmas vacation, I stayed at this hotel and I must say that the breakfast was superb. There were a lot of options ranging from fresh fruits to Brazilian pastries. Another great aspect was the location of the hotel as it had a beautiful lake just across the street which was perfect for a morning walk. The rooms too were well-maintained and comfortable. One of the most enjoyable things was that it had a nice outdoor seating area which added to the serenity of the location.

I did not find the staff particularly helpful which disappointed me. There were a few times when I asked for their help, but they seemed to be indifferent towards my requests.
